Development Bank can be divided into three sub categories:
- National level development banks,
- Development banks operating in 4 to 10 districts &
- Development banks operating in 1 to 3 districts.
Down below is the comparision of development banks operating in 1 to 3 districts. Wait a minute, why aren't you comparing banks operating in 1-3 districts to 4-10 districts? Or, whyn't national level with 4-10 districts? Beacuse, the scale of regional bank is small in comparision to national ones or those operating in more districts. So, to intrepret the data properly it is wise to compare within its category!
